1.Nature of Application & Content

The Shrinathji Nitya Niyam Path App is a digital preservation and reading utility for the Vaishnav community. The content, including the Ashtakshar Mantra, Choghadiya timings, Nitya Niyam Stotras, and 84/252 Vaishnav Vartas, comprises ancient sacred texts that are over 500 years old. These texts are considered public domain cultural heritage.

2.Purpose of Use

This application is strictly for personal, educational, and devotional purposes. The internal features, such as the "Digital Mala" and "Bhakti Journey," are designed to encourage daily reading habits (Satsang) and hold no monetary or commercial value.

3.Advertisements & "Ad-Free" Rewards

To keep this app accessible, we display third-party advertisements. Users may voluntarily watch a Rewarded Video Ad or share the app with other Vaishnavs to temporarily unlock an "Ad-Free" experience. These rewards are promotional, non-transferable, and managed locally on the device.

4.Content Accuracy Disclaimer

While Jignesh Madalia and the development team have made every effort to digitize these sacred texts with 100% accuracy, typographical or formatting errors may occur. The Choghadiya timings provided are based on standard Indian Standard Time (IST) estimations and should be used for general reference, not exact astrological predictions.

5.User Conduct

Users agree not to reverse-engineer the application, manipulate the local gamification XP/Mala data for malicious purposes, or misuse the "Support / Contact" email provided.
