Data We Collect and How We Use It

While we do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like your name or phone number, certain non-personal and automated data is collected to ensure the app functions correctly and remains free:

Advertising & Analytics Data

Through our third-party partner (Google AdMob), we collect non-personal device information. This includes your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, device type, crash reports, and Advertising Identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Android AAID). This data is used strictly to serve relevant advertisements and analyze app performance.

Anonymous App Usage Data (Global Sync)

When you use the "Digital Mala" feature, an anonymous, untraceable '+1' network request is sent to our Firebase database to update the "Global Maha-Mala" community counter. This data cannot be linked back to you or your device.

Communication Data

If you choose to contact us via the "Support," "Report," or "Send Path" email buttons within the app, your email client will open. If you send an email to our support address, we will securely receive your email address and any content you voluntarily share, which will be used exclusively to address your specific request.
