Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ProBill: Estimates & Invoices ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use provided by Jini Media Inc.

2. License & Intellectual Property

ProBill grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices for managing your commercial invoicing, estimates, and business recordkeeping.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Purchases (Apple & Google Play)

• Free Tier: Includes 10 free invoices per month, client directories, and standard export capabilities supported by advertising.
• Pro Tier Subscriptions: Available as Monthly ($9.99/mo) and Annual ($79.99/yr) auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited document creation, complete ad suppression, custom branding, and watermark removal.
• Billing: Payment is billed directly to your Apple ID / Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device account settings (Apple App Store Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions).

4. Taxation & Commercial Calculations Disclaimer

While ProBill includes deterministic calculators for US Sales Tax, UK VAT/CIS, EU MwSt, and Indian GST, you remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, regulatory compliance, and tax filings in your jurisdiction.

5. Local Data Storage & Backups

Because ProBill does not store your records on developer servers, you are responsible for maintaining backups using the built-in Bring Your Own Cloud (Google Drive / iCloud) or manual SQLite export features.
